On my way home from two full-on days of inspiring meetings, at King’s Cross Station, something caught my eye – an Audible pop-up train offering mindfulness sessions. 😍 Curious (and in need of a breather), I stepped inside and found myself listening to a meditation track – the perfect antidote to the chaos of the station. For a few precious minutes, the world slowed down. I just listened, recharged, and let the noise melt away. After lots of conversations, ideas and more coffee than I care to admit, it was exactly what I needed. It got me thinking: what’s one small thing you could do today to step off the train – literally or figuratively – and refocus? Sometimes those tiny moments make the biggest difference. Feeling calmer, clearer, and a bit more human, I'm now headed home. Thank you, Audible, for the reminder that pausing to breathe is never a waste of time!
