We often say, "Family is the most important thing for me," but what do our actions tell us? How many hours are truly dedicated to your children each day?Is it merely an hour of hurried activities between dinner and bedtime? And your spouse—though you share the same space, when was the last time you truly connected, sharing more than just fleeting updates about your day? Reflect on the time spent with your parents and friends.... Despite our best intentions, no matter how you look at it, it's far, far less than our focus on work. But at the same time, we work hard because of the family - to give them the best possible life. It sounds right, doesn't it? Yet, numerous studies showing that people main regret, in their twilight years, was not spending enough time with family. So, it does matter and saying 'family first' requires more than just words; it demands action, a conscious effort - Whether it's a dedicated time with your children, a weekly date night with your spouse, or regular check-ins with your parents and friends, we can all make those moments count.
