Source: ils.ny.gov *Independent* The sky is the limit baby ☘️ *INDEPENDENT* I am uncertified in college - a mere student paralegal technically speaking. - 5 solid years of studying law - the hours spent incarcerated studying law (by the books I.e Gilbert’s, (Prince, Richardson on Evidence [vol. 12 is my current) The “Yellow book 😁” N.Y. Criminal Law vol. 4 (my current collection) The New Wigmore -A Treatise on Evidence, etc. etc. -this adds up to 14 hours a day in the county for 2.5 years Monday - Friday and when I got to state - I lost count as I was doing so much on top of the Law Library, (2 resentenced Incarcerated men under CPL 440.46 😁 among 100s of assist to other indigent I/I’s - amounts to 2x the same that an attorney in a six year law degree obtains during that time. -Years personal exp. - 1 malicious conviction fought - at one time all on my own and when I was convicted - my fight only geard up faster - and compiled such “astonishing information for an incarcerated person with no college background” - I wasn’t found guilty that day, I was born. So, I work for multiple attorneys (half Criminal) and at anywhere from 25-35 an hour - bill correctly and honestly ✔️ (image is everything especially when your building it) Make about 1,500 almost average every week - some weeks are special. 🛑. I’m also a very amazing & talented self-made barber & I self-learned home remodeling and everything in the home - all because I had nothing - & now I am in some of your most prominent figures homes in WNY - as a TRUSTED person that isn’t looked at as a criminal. Though who I am today. That’s pretty cool when a judge/lawyer calls you for an estimate, brings you in their home (you murvous if they know your an ex convict) and they op my tell you “this is something I never have done but I believe everyone deserves a second chance especially how hard your trying to prove yourself.” That was an impactful statement in so many ways. All and all, I make out pretty darn good - even if I hardly have any time to myself sometimes or my girl, she deff understands. Point I make? No matter what, this is something I see myself doing until I die.

Preys on innocent, hard-working individuals looking for assistance from Fair Work. Deceives individuals by claiming to be a Fair Work Employment Lawyer. Miles Heffernan aka Supportah, aka Supportah Software, aka Senior Industrial Advocate, aka Director of Litigation, aka Fair Work Employment Lawyer (etc.) won’t reply to this review. Miles Heffernan is incapable of having a competent debate regarding his ambiguous, deceitful and fraudulent behaviour. Is incapable of debating, let alone providing the services he promises he will deliver to his victims. His aliases, Supportah business(es) have only 1 employee. Can you guess who that employee is? You got it. Miles Heffernan has never employed a solicitor or lawyer. However, he boasts of being able to provide legal services. “Workplace Litigation”, how? Randomly engages the services of self-employed individuals who appear to have some form of legal qualification(s). It is likely a key factor why clients (victims) wait months and years not receiving the services promised before giving up. What does Miles Heffernan actually do with his alleged Bachelor of Communication? How can he provide any assistance whatsoever to his victims? His alias Industrial Advocates Australia Pty Limited (ABN 41 641 326 365) only registered for GST in July 2023, just 6 months ago. Meaning that Miles Heffernan's reported revenue has not previously exceeded $75,000. Unless Miles Heffernan hasn’t been honest with the Australian Tax Office (???). Definitely not the revenue (turnover) of a so-called “Advocacy, Mediation, Communication & Workplace Litigation” service provider is it? Hides behind his single-employee company. As a sole trader Miles Heffernan would be personally liable. Yes, this is how dodgy individuals and their businesses operate. Rack up debt by just taking and not providing their promised services and products, then place the business into VA or BR and slip away, ready to do it all over again. We will be reaching out to encourage other victims to join our joint OLSC Formal Complaint. - Our Class Action Group (CAG) will endeavour to post these WARNINGS every calendar month at prominent media locations until our group-based claims have been settled, or class action ensues. Our CAG group-based claims are currently being assembled and reviewed. We will then either proceed with the group-based claims or decide to proceed with a class action (subject to the best forecast monetary outcome or penalty served to Miles Heffernan). If a class action does ensue, action will be pursued for financial and economic losses suffered as a result of breaches of consumer protection laws and unfair treatment from a business.
