I am here to partner and serve you! I want to share very early that on April 15th, I take my career to another level as Vice President of Business Development at Baldwin General Contracting! Simply put, we will deliver lean pricing so our customers benefit in such challenging times with inflation and rising material costs. **Baldwin operates “Standard Commercial Construction” which is our self performing structural & architectural concrete, rough and finished carpentry and offers even more value on quality and price! Baldwin General Contracting safety EMR rating is less than 1%, which puts them in the top 3% of contractors nationally! Whether negotiated, design build, or hard bid, Baldwin has delivered successful projects in a plethora of sectors including; education, healthcare, hospitality, multi family housing, industrial, public works, retail/commercial and workspace projects. With more than 500 successful projects, Baldwin ranges from simple tenant improvement projects to very large mid rise builds, and is currently doing a 7 story podium, type II construction ground up in Bellevue, Wa. Great to spend some time at the #FocusonFraming2024 event discussing key interlinked topics around the building safety act, construction products and building circularity.  A number of Interesting emerging trends are starting to come into play as we see more detail around secondary legislation and how the sector is dealing with this.
