The incident that happened at Ashoka Biryani, Raipur (C.G) yesterday was very shocking(Due to the negligence of the restaurant owner, two employee died in the gutter.) but will it make any difference to the management? 10-18 hours a day and salary 10-15 thousand, once you punch in in the office there is no time to get out of duty. Every employee works for 10-18 hours a day and in return he gets a salary of 10k-15k, how much care will you take for your employees. The industry did not follow labor laws at all. The young boys/Girls coming from rudal areas, where they are the only earners, are harassed in such a way that there is no limit. If an employee wants to leave his job managementnot willkng to pay his working days salary. Whenever management hires an employee, immediate joining is required, but wherever the employee wants to leave the job, he has to serve a notice period of 60 days. Every day it is heard that Xyz is harassed by her/his Manager in hotel or restaurant premises, salary is not received on time, hotel manager abuses his junior subordinate.
