#Africa has a #great #potential 💫#Africa needs an #Unity and more #great #transformational #Leaders and Changemakers ❤️🏆❤️🌟🙌🌎 „„If your #actions #inspire others to #dream more, #learn more, #do more and #become more, you are a #leader." „A #great #person #attracts #great #people and knows how to hold them #together." “#Leadership is the #art of giving #people a #platform for #spreading #ideas that #work." „A #leader is #best when #people barely know he exists”. WHAT IS #AFRICAPITALISM? „#Africapitalism is the #economic #philosophy developed by our #Founder and #Chairman, Mr. #TonyOElumelu, CON, and is predicated on the belief that #Africa’s #private #sector can and must play a #leading #role in the #continent’s #development. #Africapitalism is a #call-to-#action for #businesses to #make #decisions that will #increase #economic and #socialwealth, and #promote #development in the #communities and #nations in which they operate. Such a decision will ultimately #help #businesses become more #profitable as the #communities they serve become well-off consumers, #healthy and better-#educated employees, and even #entrepreneurs who go on to become suppliers and service providers. #🌟Africapitalism means we cannot leave the business of development up to our governments, donor countries, and #philanthropicorganizations alone. 🌟The private sector must be involved in the #business of #development…” #Founder and #Chairman, Mr. Tony O. https://lnkd.in/dmnD8fk2 Initiatives like the Presidential Youth Indaba should be an annual program. Having them in each province will help create more awareness and opportunities for job creation and youth entrepreneurship. Public and private institutions have a responsibility to create platforms and incubation centers, where young people can express their interests and ideas, get guidence and mentorship, and exposure to different sectors and markets. Ideally, having these incubation hubs in each province will give the youth a fighting and give South Africa a chance to show what our young people can achieve when provided with exposure to varies markets and industries. Whether it's to seek employment, or to find sponsors for their ideas.... We owe it to them to revisit this initiative. #justathought #youthIndaba #makeSouthAfricaWork Our current crop of leaders need to do better. We have the capacity as a nation. we just need to invest more in youth programs that actually benefit South Africans and Africans as a whole.

ʀᴇᴄʟᴀɪᴍɪɴɢ ʏᴏᴜʀ ɪᴅᴇɴᴛɪᴛʏ Yesterday's match between Super Eagles of Nigeria 🇳🇬 and Bafana Bafana of South Africa 🇿🇦 is not short of a good day to die hard. Life treats you unfairly sometimes but your reaction to getting the better story to tell about it lies in the choices you made, You need to keep your head up when your hope is dashed just as the second goal was nullified and turned into a penalty for the opposition knowing fully well that South Africa 🇿🇦 won't miss such an opportunity for any reason on this planet earth. You feel anxiety and fear when trials seem to overcome you but defending with all your energy and maximizing the slightest opportunity to reclaim your identity is all you need in the game of life. Just as this match means a lot to Nigerian 🇳🇬 in reclaiming the slogan "Giant of Africa", earning the lost glory in the faces of all the world 🌍, you need to speak life into your life, believe in yourself and remain consistent. There is more for us as a Nation to reclaim especially in stabilising our economy, eradicating corruption and reforming our policies to meet our local needs. In finding your identity, know that you need people who will refine, redress, and reshape you for you can't run the race with your knowledge. Have Nwabili in your team 👥 E get why. Thank you to all the team players and we look forward to victory in the finals. A #danubestrategyflagship, the Danube Youth Network (DYN) was born with the implementation of two projects carried out by the EUSDR Civil Society Network in collaboration with five partnering NGOs located in Baden-Württemberg, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Serbia. Young people need guidance and support to get involved in European policies and democracy, therefore the network focuses on youth participation, sustainability, empowerment and social inclusion. The Civil Society Network of the EUSDR, an informal network in Baden-Württemberg, initiated the project design of the Danube Youth Network, which evolved into a consortium of NGOs in the Danube Region. This consortium consists of the German Stiftung Liebenau (lead partner) in partnership with the Agapedia Foundation network, the Federation of Social NGOs (FONT) in Romania, Breza NGO in Croatia, Supernatural NGO in Serbia and Re-Act NGO in Bulgaria. The aim of the network is the institutionalisation of an open, transnational, trans-sectoral, independent and self-organised Youth Network in the Danube Region. Recently, I came across the term "Euthymia": defined as "believing in yourself and trusting that you are on the right path." It is my belief, that once you harness this direction; others will follow and feel inspired. That is why I want to introduce you to "Brother Willy"; a man who followed his heart and managed to turn self-confidence into global impact; converting more than 10 million KG of second-hand goods as tools for more dignified lives across developing nations: Myanmar, Ghana, Haiti, Cameroon, Congo, and so on. The excess of materials being produced, discarded each year is astounding: What if Willy and his volunteers were no longer able to support these streams?—will they further drain natural resources, fill landfills? With this teaser: “The Missionary” 🎬 Max Knaapen and I wish to warm you up for the release of our "very first short documentary together" coming Thursday, April 11. 🔔 This project marks the beginning of a shared passion, collaboration for impactful storytelling. Let's see where the journey takes us, and how this may benefit both planet and people. With special thanks to Soumaya El Hammami Verder who helped fund this project under "LAHBS". #Impactfulstories #changemakers #collectiveaction #equality #purpose #wastereduction

Today we celebrate the spirit of the African child who dares to dream a bright future in a continent ravaged by stark inequalities and poverty. By their remarkable skills at multitasking and resilience the children of Africa demonstrate that they are not just heirs but the architects of our tomorrow. Yet, far too many face a harsh reality and are at risk of being left behind in spite of the targets outlined in the Sustainable Development Goals. It is everyone’s duty to avert this by ensuring every child has access to quality education, health care, a safe environment, and life free from fear, violence, and exploitation. Only then can we build the Africa they envisioned, a land where every child can flourish and contribute to a future of hope. Let us therefore be united in purpose, to secure a just and prosperous future for all African children.
