Managing Director - Waldencroft | Supporting executive teams to develop the collective capacity to anticipate, navigate and lead in our new world | Futures | Ethics | Complexity |
Anyone else been up most of the night and now feeling wired and just about ready to call it a night even before dinner? As we navigate through this change of government, I’ve been considering the following questions today… ~ What might this change of government mean for the organisations I work with? ~ In what ways will this time of renewal enable or constrain them? ~ What underlaying processes and events should we be alive to now, beyond the obvious changes of policy and political narrative at a superficial level? ~ Where is our agency in the underlying structures and mechanisms to affect change inside and outside our organisations and how can we explore these quickly to determine where we can act with good intent? What are your thoughts? I’ll leave a dog picture with you. It’s been a long night and long day… Brodie the Schnauzer – feeling very tired today after the humans kept her up all night with the lights and tv on!
