After 13 eventful years at Aurubis, my journey with this outstanding company will come to an end shortly before Christmas. This decision was not made lightly or overnight, and I will be leaving the company with a heavy heart. During my time at #Aurubis, I focused on keeping all stakeholders informed, building and maintaining trust, and representing the company to the best of my ability. Throughout my time overseeing Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Sustainability, Event Management, and Social Engagement — and helping found Women4Metals — I’ve had the chance to be part of meaningful projects and initiatives. I am grateful for the trust, professionalism and collaboration I experienced every day. It has been a privilege to work with inspiring colleagues across all areas of the company — from the Executive Board to managers in production and Group functions, and many others who contributed to our success. Today, I’d like to take the opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made these years so special. I am deeply thankful for the collaboration with the many teams I had the pleasure of working with, and especially my own team colleagues. We celebrated victories, tackled hurdles, and shared moments that will stay with me. I would also like to thank our external supporters and partners for their valuable advice and cooperation over the years. Together, we achieved a lot and navigated challenges with determination and resilience. Aurubis will always hold a special place in my heart, and I am proud of the journey we shared. As I take a break in 2025, I look forward to embracing new challenges and opportunities in the future — wherever they may lead. In the meantime, I wish everyone at Aurubis continued success and send my best wishes for the holiday season and the new year ahead! All the best, Angela

Flashback to Nov 1st 2011 - I missed your first day at Aurubis but wouldn't want to miss a single day of the time we shared together. Thank you for so many moments of laughter, smiles and joy. I wish you all the best for the time to come, a replenishing time off in 2025 and lots of happiness - you deserve it! Dear Angela, you will be missed 🫶
