Coffee is more good for you than bad. It can reduce the chances of certain illnesses and increase the chances of living longer. However regular coffee does have side effects for many people. It can affect sleeping patterns at night, coffee crashes, acidic stomach, jitters and palpitations. But there is a coffee that is more beneficial than most coffees - more nutritious and has a more calming effect, And people tend not to get the common negative side effects. Our DXN coffee can be ordered from myself and people on our team. If it makes a positive difference to you and you want to recommend it, you could also become a distributor from home in your spare time. #coffee #health #nutrition #coffeebusiness

Sugar isn’t going to kill you. That’s right. Sugar alone isn’t going to cause harm to your health. The key to a balanced diet isn’t in needing to ban sugar. Rather, its about enjoying it in your diet in a mindful way. Truthfully, if we ate excess sugar all of the time, we wouldn’t feel so great. But if we don’t include that sweet treat, sugar in our coffee, or sugar sprinkle over fruit when we desire it, we would be pretty miserable too. Understanding how sugar fits into your overall nourishment, along with macro and micro nutrient diversity, can create a well balanced diet without the need of eliminating it. Take it from a dietitian that has a cookie or piece of chocolate every single day 😉 #wellness #health #nutrition #dietitian #sugar #diet
