I mean it when I say that High Caliber Karting & Entertainment is the most fun that you can have in the greater Lansing area. Keep Reading if you make video content yourself 😉 I created this video with the help of Jacki Krumnow ✨, and the team at high caliber karting. It was my goal to create this video as cost-effectively as possible, so many of the shots were captured on a variety of phone cameras such as the S23 and iPhone 14. It just goes to show the amount of quality you can get with a good vision and knowledge of your platform's strengths. The other thing that I considered when creating this piece of content is: Where is this going to be delivered? How is this video going to achieve the goals of the business? What does this video do? What will the viewers be thinking when they watch this? - All of these questions led me to a budget-friendly deal for High Caliber Karting's event department and won the bid as a freelance editor and producer.

So, The Game Fair didn’t work out quite how we hoped this year! A mix up meant there wasn’t space for our stand, so after a five plus hour wait, we went home… and then went to the Isle of Wight for the weekend. We’re disappointed, but we hope we’re able to go next year and see what all the fuss is about! With a bigger and better stand. When we do get to exhibit at the horse and countryside events, we get asked the same question a lot: ‘why are you here?’ It’s true that at first glance, we don’t fit in. Among stands selling wellies, tweed, rider clothing, gin, brownies and coats, there’s an IT company! We are different and we do stand out but that’s ok – but that’s kind of the point! The team and I know that our services can help everyone and that there are real humans behind the website and social media accounts, and events are our way of demonstrating that to the public. Business is about standing out, being different to your competitors and I always said Black Nova would do things differently and we do. 👀 Did you know over 10% of Atlanta Braves revenue comes from events outwith matchday? What they have done is create a space (Battery Park) that can be used 365 days a year, allowing them to generate revenue away from matchday and attract a whole new audience to the area. Now we aren’t saying you have to go and build lavish hotels and restaurants for you to achieve similar success, start on a smaller scale by thinking about what events can you host away from matchday to get started. Here’s a couple of ideas (You can thank us later) 👇 🍻 It’s the Euros this summer, so why not host a fan zone with drinks and local food trucks while the game is on the TV? You can make money from selling general admission tickets or even hospitality packages. 🍔 Speak to local hospitality outlets about hosting a food/drink festival, you never know they might be looking for a space to set up in the summer while the sun is out. 🎶 You might have a high-profile band from the local area. Why not discuss the idea of hosting a concert with them, stadiums are perfect for this after all! Tickets for Kacey Musgraves' Deeper Well World Tour started pre-sales yesterday, with tickets officially being sold to the public this upcoming Friday. After details regarding ticket pricing for the tour were released, some fans online voiced disappointment that the tour uses dynamic pricing. So, what is dynamic pricing? When a tour or specific event chooses to use dynamic pricing, the prices of each ticket will fluctuate based on demand for each show. As a result, two people sitting in the same section at a venue might have paid drastically different prices to attend the event, depending on how in demand the show was deemed at the time of purchase. Fans who have purchased tickets through the tour's pre-sale events have documented specific price points based on the location of each seat. The KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky, where Kacey Musgraves will perform on November 12, created a seating graph showing how each seat is initially priced. However, the bottom of the image includes a disclaimer stating that the prices can change at any time.
