The role includes but is not limited to contributing to and managing the product roadmap, overseeing the implementation, and working in an agile environment with a cross-functional team to develop products that meet the needs of our consumers and clients. Requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in Product Management along with other job disciplines within the organization in order to successfully manage the product. Manages one or more producers of strategic importance to the organization due to high growth value, involving large cross-functional teams. PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES Strategy/Discovery: Formulates an in-depth understanding of problems by customer segment, persona and competitive landscape. Partners with UX, marketing research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to observe and solicit feedback from clients. Responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing one or more products. Identifies, quantifies, and effectively communicates customer market opportunities. Planning: Creates and maintains product vision and roadmap; creates business plans to secure funding; develops go-to-market strategy and value proposition. Ensures feature alignment across products; manages feature creation and identifies business rules/impact. Collaborates with other Product Managers to ensure alignment across products; participates in planning and pre/post-planning events
