How can we proactively address fraud in the home services industry? Each year the Consumer Federation of America publishes a survey identifying the industries that receive the top consumer complaints. 👷♀️ Local businesses are ALWAYS at the top of that list - with Home Service Businesses and Contractors being at the very top. 🔎I've been investigating why that is. It turns out, there are TONS of remarkable contractors out there in communities across America. But, they get taken advantage of when it comes to their digital marketing. They're skipping important essentials to tell their stories online, captivate attention, and earn trust from potential customers.
