The 2023 AAA Award winner in the Culture Optimiser category is Cate Hall from InvoCare who works in strategic partnership with Victoria Doidge GAICD Cate embodies team and workplace culture – with a genuine passion for this. She is involved in multiple culture initiatives including Cheers for Your Peers, coordinating Hands In meetings, and an onboarding pack with ways of working and rules of engagement around workplace culture. She has made team engagement one of her KPIs and, the additional detail in the metrics, where they have seen a 20-point increase in staff engagement in her team.
