Yep. It's a pretty serious offence to practice as a registered health practitioner when your registration has been suspended. One of his many offences was using the protected title of 'chiropractor' while his registration was suspended. Under AHPRA advertising guidelines, only those with relevant qualifications who are registered can use protected titles. If you're not registered, you can't practice. Simple.
