Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the largest innovation and AI event – Týden inovací ČR – at the amazing CSOB campus. The presentations I attended provided me with a broader and more diverse perspective on various topics. My main takeaways are: 💡 It is our collective responsibility to build and nurture a “new” innovation ecosystem. Now is the time to focus on our digital generation and leverage their capabilities while providing a safe and inclusive environment. 💡 Companies need to find ways to humanize ID&E and implement tangible practices. To identify these practices, we need to listen and respond to the needs of our employees. 💡 We should remember that often the best ideas are born in informal settings like the coffee corner or social areas. Let’s choose these informal ways to discuss our challenges and brainstorm ideas 😊. Last but not least, a big thank you to my manager – Michaela Krčková – for enabling me to attend such an event. Today at #Stereopsia, I experienced the power of the European #innovationecosystem for #virtualworlds. In a panel discussion with Anne Bajart (European Commission) and Anne Barré (GSK) we spoke about human centric innovation, talent and the importance of collaboration for the realization of the promises of the (#industrial) #metaverse. #Platform functions and #interoperability standards are more likely to be successfully set by smart commercial solutions than by writing extensive documents behind closed doors. So funding agendas should fuel open innovation through collaborative efforts, setting ambitious requirements but not dictate the outcomes. And events like these show that the ideas, technology spikes and energy are there. Just as the associations driving exchange between start-ups, SME’s, enterprises and academia.
