Coldplay didn't just plant a tree🌱 They pushed the limit 🎸 I love concerts. The wastefulness always hurts me. And: Coldplay's Music of the Spheres tour 'did' push the limit to see - "what a greener and more circular tour can be?" The band surpassed their initial 50% emissions reduction goal, achieving a 60% decrease compared to their 2016 tour. Here's how they made it happen: ✈️ Minimising air travel. 🚗 Using sustainable aviation fuel. 🌱 Planting a tree for every ticket sold. 📱 Rewarding fans for the use of low-carbon transport. ♻️ Building stages from low-carbon, reusable materials like bamboo. 🔋 Powering shows with renewable energy, including kinetic dancefloors. Can you enjoy a "green" concert more? #circulareconomy #zerowaste #innovation Credit: Ecomedy
