Prior to Bravura, I had 6-7 different companies which all had success in their own way, but none were largely successful and in many cases ended in complete failure. After each failure I would learn how to come back bigger and better, however, never did I think that I could reach the heights that my partner jace cunnane and I have reached. So, after a year of being in business I wanted to take some time to reflect on some things I’ve learned along the way. Networking is the key to success in any industry, and I’ve found that the utilization of old and new connections is a large part of our success at Bravura. Fostering new and unique relationships, especially with those who are like-minded, helps lay down the stepping stones towards success. Resource management is also vital for any business, whether that be how you allocate your funds, utilize your assets, or manage manpower, all are so important towards longevity. Allocating funds properly is much easier in the beginning, however at scale you run into issues like overspending which I had never imagined to ever be an issue. Manpower management and being able to properly manage your employees is another skill that does not come overnight. Being able to properly manage your relationships whilst maintaining success can prove to be a difficult task, but this task’s success is vital for the growth of the overall business. Finding people to outsource to and training people to do your job is part of the beauty of starting your own business. Being a good leader and teacher is important in this regard, lack of this gives your business a lower ceiling thus holding you back from your business’s full potential. Finally, after being in the social media space for almost a decade, I’ve come to realize the sheer power of media. Your life can be changed overnight by just one post. That being said, I am so thankful to be given the opportunity and the ability to master social media. I cannot wait to see what the rest of the year has in store for our journey towards success here at Bravura.
Two months ago, we hit our companies one year mark of being in business. A month after that, we hit our goal of one million dollars in sales! A small achievement in our eyes as we are aiming to 3x our sales before our two year mark, but still something to celebrate nonetheless. Congratulations team!

Similarly to why I love watching professional athletes play, I LOVE watching pro sellers sell. Here is what I loved about Mia Lilienthal's pitch 🔽 1) She established herself as a market expert, while also providing value to the prospect by explaining observed trends. At the end of the meeting the prospect will walk away with some value. 2) She identified pain and showed understanding to the prospect by identifying all the options that the leader had tried but had failed. 3) She established that there is a wrong vs. right way to tackle this challenge. What leaders have been doing isn't working and needs to change. 3) She sold the next meeting, not features AND got all the stakeholders involved on the next call. My personal opinion? This is a great template for how to have meaningful, consultative, conversations with our prospects.
And this is what a winning sales pitch looks like 😤💯 Mia Lilienthal worked the crowd at GTO KO as she pitched herself to Kevin Bognar. At Outreach, it's important that our prospects and customers understand and trust not only our product but our team. Mia showed up and was voted the winner of our Pitch Content — and for a good reason too! Watch how she positioned herself as a trusted advisor ⬇

Enhancing Efficiency: Operations Management, Project Management, OHS Consulting, Skills Development, Playground Safety, and Renewable Energy Solutions
I would like to thank Veersgroup, the team, and everyone who has supported me on this journey. I am truly grateful for this opportunity. My Testimony: After finishing school, I began my career as an apprentice at a hair salon. However, six months in, I realized that it wasn’t my passion. About ten years ago, feeling lost, I accepted a position as a general worker for a contractor that stripped gear motors and conveyor belts. This was physically demanding work, and I earned R400 a week. One day, I injured my left hand while handling rusted steel. I simply washed my hands, thinking nothing of it, only to discover weeks later at a government hospital that my swollen infected hand could have led to amputation had I not arrived sooner. Shocked by the nurse’s response and questions leading to this incident, I became acutely aware of the lack of health and safety in my workplace, which sparked my interest in OSHA. I was given the opportunity to study for my SHEMAC certification. Every day, I rode my scooter 90 km to complete my two-week course, where I achieved the top score in my class with 100%. My first job offer was as a Junior H&S Representative with a small engineering company in Brits. Through dedication and determination, I worked my way up to positions such as Junior Safety Officer, SHE Officer, Head of Health and Safety, SHEQ Manager, and eventually Operations Manager of Veersgroup, despite facing setbacks along the way. I’ve had the privilege of working across various industries, including engineering, mining, tailings, automotive, smelting, construction, industrial consulting, and now renewable energy. Please take my word: Never give up. Don’t think your dreams are too small, and never compare yourself to others. Your success is determined by you alone; don’t allow yourself to stagnate or lose focus. Keep pushing and strive to set yourself apart from the norm and mediocrity. Pursue your goals and dreams, and always aim for bigger ones. Success is measured by our appetite to pursue it. Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.👌🏻 #healthandsafety #dreambig #commit #nevergiveup Veers Group
Congratulations to Byron Khoury for taking up a role within the group as Operations Manager. The full team is behind you!
