✨ Multi-Award Winning Business Owner ✨ Founder & CEO - Delivering a High Standard of Safety Training 💥 An advocate for Women In Construction! 💥
🎈 ONE WHOLE YEAR AGO! 🎈 I've been thinking about it all week - and spoken lots about it too - and then when it actually comes to the day... I nearly forgot! One year ago... I took control back of my business. 💥🎉 The business I'd started in my garden shed (summer house sounds much more glamorous - but it was definitely just a shed!). The business I'd wanted to create to prove that you could deliver high quality #healthandsafety #training without it being boring. The business I'd wanted to create to stop #cowboys in the industry get away with delivering training they weren't occupationally competent to deliver. The business I wanted to create so that clients knew there was a provider they could turn to and trust for their training. When you create a business, you have a vision. That vision for me, required a shareholder (I couldn't do it alone). That partnership lasted 6 years. Unfortunately, the partnership wasn't ideal and became damaging to the business (it lost it's focus and I too lost a huge amount of confidence and self-belief). That's when I decided I NEEDED to #buyout my (majority) shareholder, for the sake of my business. It was a tough few months - but I did it 🙌🏽 These past 12 months have been great - I'm back in the driving seat, we have a really focused and dedicated #team and our retention rates are at an all-time high. Yes, the industry is pretty unsteady at the moment - but we will continue to support our clients the best we can and continue to deliver first class training #nationwide. We have a lot to look forward to over the next 12 months and I can't wait to see where we are this time next year! The journey can be a slog, but for those #businesspeople and #entrepreneurs that have a vision - keep at it and don't lose sight! ❤

I love holding the door open for people I used to get mad that a lot of them wouldn’t say thank you. Until… I asked myself this simple question! Why am I holding the door, so people will tell me thank you or because no matter what they say this is what I want to do! When I figured out my why, it completely Changed my attitude!! Ask yourself this question! Why are you doing what you are doing? What are you truly wanting to get out if it!! When you self analyze your why then you know!! #makeyourselfgreatagain #alljunkedup #junkremovalservice #junkremoval #junkhauling #junkremovalservices #womanownedbusiness #womaninbusiness #womanownedsmallbusiness #womenentrepreneurs #womanownedjunkremoval
