CEO & Founder of the Authentic Leaders Institute, creating authentic leaders capable of leading us forward
While we rightly look at those who can stop this horrific madness, and clearly had the power to prevent its creation in the first place. We must ask ourselves the deeper questions about our very nature. How do we stray again onto a path of utter horror with all of its murderous intent and contempt for all those targeted and our collective humanity. We are engaged in a struggle between values. Us that have maintained our core values, taught to us through the process of unconditional love from birth. Created from the purest of emotions love, the one true emotion we really seek. Values that exist in everything we are and at all times. Against those whose distorted beliefs outweigh reasonability, created and acquired by our own evolutionary development, and who seek to impose their distorted values on us. Despite their best efforts, their beliefs will always fail due to the power of love, for they seek it as well. The real question is, now our awareness has risen to see our true reality with all of its injustice and pain, how do we create a path to rise above our past and provide justice, liberation and their created peace permanently and in the now. Within each and everyone of us is a level of available consciousness which is only limited by choice, however choice can outweigh all other reason to our detriment, with the resulting horrific acts against children and innocent, who are paying the real price of our failures. See the reality of the struggle and make your choice. #notinmyname #endthismadnessnow #evolutionoverrevolution

Transformation Mentor and Educator 🦋 | Facilitating Heart Healing, Mind Renewal and Spiritual Growth ❤️🩹
"You probably have depression because of some unconfessed sin." Ever felt the sting of offense? Offense, whether real or perceived, can disrupt relationships and hinder growth. But here's the kicker: our response can transform it into an opportunity for grace and wisdom. Our emotions often deceive us into believing all offenses are true. Discernment is key; prayer aids in choosing grace over grudges. I've struggled to seek validation through offense, but I'm breaking the habit. It's not easy, but prayer guides me to prioritize reconciliation. "A person's wisdom makes him slow to anger; it is his glory to overlook an offense." - Proverbs 19:11 Upon hearing that remark from a praying couple, I initially felt devastated. Already struggling with feelings of inadequacy regarding my depression, their words hit hard. However, upon reflection, I realize their intention was not to cause harm. Offenses can hinder our potential, but forgiveness frees us. Do you have any grudges that you need to turn into grace? #Wisdom #Grace #Reconciliation #PersonalGrowth"

Climate Psychology Consultant. Nurturing psychological wisdom and resilience in a time of global upheaval and climate anxiety
After the busyness of NY Climate week and the endless calls for positivity, hope and optimism, I want to post a counter-cultural message. In a time of global upheaval, I post this interview with Nick Cave as an invitation to weave non literal, trans-contextual meaning. I invite you to connect the way grief softens us, the way beauty can rise from heartbreak and the way our pain can move us into a deeper understanding of love, action, and connection. My long term mentor, Francis Weller, teaches that grief is an inevitable and integral part of life, which is deeply interwoven with our capacity to love. He asserts that grief is central to how we experience connection. In this view, grief is not just a path to sorrow but also a gateway to expansion. The pain of loss, as Weller describes, breaks open the heart, softening us and fostering a deeper connection to the world . Nick Cave speaks about how the overwhelming pain of grief led him into a greater awareness of love, empathy, and meaning. Much like Weller’s notion of grief as a force that connects us to life’s depth, Cave emphasises how his heartbreak eventually opened him up to a larger, more profound sense of being, where pain and beauty coexist. Is there something to learn here? Weller’s teachings illustrate how in times of deep sorrow, we are called not to retreat from suffering but to allow it to transform us. This is an essential process of soul work that allows us to mature and ripen into greater wisdom, where meaning is found not despite, but through, heartbreak. Grief is not a deviation from the path but part of the journey towards a more expansive understanding of ourselves, others, and the world. Contrast this to the public discourse that mandates optimism, positivity and hope no matter what loss and heartbreak we face. This sounds profoundly machine like. Our grief is a communal and transformative experience. It opens us to greater empathy, and connects us to the world in ways we might not anticipate. Through heartbreak, we often find a new, entirely unexpected path. Pain, though difficult, can become an expansive force. It’s in these moments of brokenness that we begin to experience a more profound sense of being—where pain and beauty coexist, where we experience our interconnectedness and where true healing and love emerge out of the fertile darkness. Finding a way to rebuild and regenerate—not despite the pain, but through it will lead us to very different outcomes than forced positivity no matter what. #NYclimateweek #sustainability #climate change #grief

THE DEATH OF UNGODLY PRESSURES 2 "The greatest prison people live in is the fear of what other people think." - David Goggins "The Weight is Gone! So imagine waking up one morning, feeling lighter, freer, and more alive than ever before. The weight of ungodly pressure has finally lifted, and you can breathe again! For so long, the pressure to conform, to perform, and to please others had suffocated you. But today, you declare your independence from the chains of expectation, comparison, and competition. You realize that your worth isn't defined by external validation but by the love and acceptance of the One who created you. You embrace your uniqueness, your strengths, and your weaknesses. The constant need to meet expectations, the fear of failure, and the stress of keeping up appearances can be overwhelming. But today, we declare freedom from the grip of ungodly pressure! Ungodly pressure is a silent killer, suffocating our dreams, and stealing our peace. It's time to recognize the signs: - People-pleasing - Fear of rejection - Competition - Comparison - Anxiety - Depression But there's hope! We can break free from this prison and live a life of purpose, joy, and peace. How? - Seek God's approval alone - Embrace your uniqueness - Focus on your journey - Cultivate self-care - Surround yourself with positive influences Let's celebrate the death of ungodly pressure and embrace the freedom to be ourselves, to make mistakes, and to live a life that honors God. Transformative Catalyst | Blending Divine Wisdom with Strategic Innovation to Elevate Organizations and Leaders
Overcoming the Shadows: A Journey from Absence to Presence In the echoes of an absent father, life taught me lessons of resilience and vulnerability. Here’s how this journey shaped me, for better and for worse: 👇 🌪️ For worse: • 🚫 Trust Issues: Growing up without a father left a void, leading me to distrust men. • 🌌 Spiritual Disconnection: This void widened a gap between me and our Heavenly Father. • 🌀 Indulgence in the Flesh: In seeking what I missed, I often lost my way. • 🙏 Seeking Approval: I longed for those words, “Good job, Alex,” from the father I never had. 🌟 For better: • 💪 Unrelenting Effort: This absence fueled my desire to excel in everything, striving to be the best. • 💖 Empathy for Pain: My own pain became a bridge to connect with others in suffering. • 👨👧 Aspiring Father: It instilled in me the determination to be the best father for my daughter. • 💍 Devoted Husband: It made me value and cherish the role of being a loving husband. 🔍 Acknowledging Varied Paths: Not everyone can turn the absence of a father into strength. Many fall prey to life’s harsher roads – addiction, low self-esteem, crime, and even repeating the cycle of absence. I recognize this and aim to walk alongside those still searching for their “Good job, son.” 🤝 A Mission to Guide: I am here to guide those, who come from situations like mine, who seek to mend their spiritual bonds, to be commendable husbands and fathers, and above all, to transform their struggles into triumphs. 🌐 Join the Journey: If my story resonates with you or you’re on a similar path, let’s connect. Let’s embark on a journey of healing and empowerment together. Your story matters, and you are not alone. Through my journey, I am committed to helping you turn your mess into your message, acknowledging every struggle as a step towards greater strength, and in all things, giving all glory to God. #godswill #allglorytogod #messtomessage #fathertothefatherless #heavenlyfather

The Unshakeable Truth: God's Got This! Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, or uncertain about your future? You're definitely not alone! The past few weeks has really shaped my perspective on truly depending on God because Men will truly fail because they are also human and everyone is honestly going through it and it’s definite that no one honestly owes you anything! In a world that's constantly changing, not to even talk about our economic crises; it's easy to lose sight of what's truly unshakeable. It's easy to get caught up in worrying about our careers, finances, and relationships, but NEVER FORGET that God is our very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). When we trust in men, we're trusting in something that can fail. But when we trust in God, we're trusting in something that's unshakeable and be rest assured and be reminded that “The heart of Kings are in God’s hands and he turns it wherever He wishes” So, let's start this week by casting our worries on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). Let's trust that He will come through for us every time, just like He always has. #MondayMotivation #TrustInGod #FaithOverFear #GodIsAble #PresentHelp #CareerGrowth #MentalHealthMatters #Wellness #ProductivityHacks #WorkLifeBalance

Executive Coach | ICF Certified | 19-yr Corporate CEO | I help leaders build confidence, executive presence, and likability so they can be highly valued and advance without sacrificing well-being or relationships.
The prison of resentment robs us of ease, joy, relationships, good health, great choices and love. It’s a dark cloak we through over the brilliance of our souls in order to avoid the difficult emotions we don’t want to feel. The magic is that you don’t always need to understand what is behind the resentment to stop it. That will come after you set an intention to free yourself of the binds of bitterness. Use the feeling of resentment as a wake up call that something is unresolved. Commit to let it go and do the exact opposite - get curious about what’s behind it and send good thoughts to yourself and what you resent. Your world will soften. The intensity of the unrest will ease. A clearing will invite you to walk through it. And you’ll be relived to do so. #lettinggo #resentment #executivepresence #executivecoach
