It is so hard for this population to find jobs. I am an advocate and even when the Department of Rehabilitation offers to pay for the jobs so these individuals can feel fulfilled and believe me, they really want to work, some companies find an excuse..."the company is going tx some changes, we do not accept paid interns any more." It really breaks my heart. If you happen to have a list of companies that actually accept paid interns with disabilities, I would really appreciate you send it to me.
