Abomination 3D Model In Autodesk Maya: I'm a huge fan of tv series, and while watching "the owl house", I asked myself "what if i take that 2D element and transform it to a 3D model?"  So I started working and here is the final result, it helped a lot to practice my skills of modeling and lightning in Maya. #AI-fueled auto-rotoscopy/mocap/character-replacement-by-CGI-ones/compositing by Wonder Dynamics, so far a stand alone beta online tool, is being integrated in usual #CGI workflow through add-ons/plugins to #Blender, #Unreal and #Maya + exports of separated #mocap data, image #passes for further compositing, camera tracks or 3D files for other CGI stuff! Quite the change in the usual workaround, and something that might be soon production ready, reducing the efforts (and jobs) to do the same drastically! J.Katzenberg isn't far on this one, although he doesn't take into account the famous Rebound Effect or Jevons Paradox that makes optimized process actually be more greedy because more used!

Big news from #WonderDynamics, especially when you consider that it cannibalizes some of the market share and the purpose of #Autodesk’s #software. On the other hand, this could be the quickening they need. It’s just a shame that Wonder Dynamics, which was fiscally within reach for more than most when it came in comparison to Autodesk products, is now likely to become out of reach. This will reduce the promise of democraztization that Wonder Dynamics held as it began.
