And I'm not saying that you always have to work to replace that last person because maybe that last place person is good. Like maybe it is the 20 Ronnie Water that you want and the the two or three life or whatever. But if you're batting 1000 and you're 3 for three. Well, now you add a fourth. Right. And then if those are all you're 4 for four, they're all doing great, then you hire a fifth and that's how you cannot lose money long term by adding staff and payroll. But if you start adding 1/4 and 1/5 when you have two out of your three mediocre, well that's where people go wrong when it comes to staffing up and paying their team. Now their payroll have you. And it's not making any sense because the five, they're doing as much as the three should have been doing. So you got to get the three spun up and and rock and or replace that bottom 3rd and then you add the 4th. Right. And so you never add more team unless you're willing and able to replace somebody or they're so good. They're paying for themselves. Now we add a fourth. Alright, that person is so good now in 444. Now I'm gonna add a fifth. And that's where you wake up in five years or 10 years and you have not two or three, but five, 10/15/20 employees, multiple offices, a lot of money, right?
