Here's how we scored a major partnership with a "Shark" outside of the "Tank"! As I've long admired the show and Kevin Harrington's entrepreneurial abilities, I decided to reach out to him online and wrote the best pitch possible of what the future could look like in this category. After doing that, the gaming angle sparked the interest of Christopher Cumby from the team who decided to give me a shot to talk. As someone who has a lot of experience in the gaming space, he was excited by the possibilities of digital and physical footwear/apparel and got the pitch right away! This was a great conversation and a right step in the best direction. There was a series of other calls with the team and we dove into all the details with Brian Harrington, Brandon T. Adams, and more! Then discussed with Kevin himself about the potential. It was an incredible time meeting with Kevin and the team, hearing what they thought of the plan, and their expert feedback. Kevin has done over $6 Billion in sales and is a master marketer. One of the greatest alive today! The team of Brian, Brandon, and Chris has been behind many top businesses together. Kevin's unique expertise in licensed products, influencer marketing, and more was the perfect match! Some don't know, but a major reason the Celsius Drink is alive and now a ~$15B company is because of Kevin's idea to reset their marketing strategy. He served on the board and helped guide the plan to focus on taking advantage of influencers as a primary form of reach. This has shifted the entire approach of brands today and Kevin had the vision!
