Absolutely loved this interview with David Lamb CFP™ Chartered MCSI the other week - insane story here. An escaped monkey, who captured national attention earlier this month, was found by a drone, that was funded by a donation from David Lamb's client. The client gave the money amidst a series of charitable donations, and our interview shared a wonderful story of the benefits of financial planning. Writing about the advice sector can involve talking about bad practice, scandals, and regulatory grumbles. But financial advice is fundamentally a good thing, as I'm sure this monkey (Honshu)* would attest to. *I'm being told the monkey below is not Honshu.
