Forty-five years ago, we opened our first store! On July 4, 1979, in Forrest City, AR, we changed the way people shopped for aftermarket auto parts. Our clean, bright, well-merchandised stores helped make DIY vehicle repair more accessible. We introduced the first aftermarket auto parts electronic catalog and national warranty database. But our best contribution to the industry is our AutoZoners who put customers first each and every day! #AutoZoners #CustomersFirst #Anniversary #AutoZoneCareers
Great company! Always puts customers first. Every single day
Here's to a fantastic company, with wishes for even greater success in the future.
Can you please turn on the air conditioning at store 0322? That’d be awesome, thanks.
I’ve been with the company 25 of the 45 years. I’ve watched this company grow of New Mexico team treasury and it’s a great day to be AutoZone.
Are you guys making any commemorative lapel pins for it AutoZone ? If so, where can I obtain a couple?
Left autozone after just roughly 6 months due to poor upper management. Great store manager, but I had issues with many critical brake parts I bought while I was employed by AutoZone, and got my money back and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts for better quality brake parts.
Any thought to changing the name back to Auto Shack since, well, you know…? 🤣
Excellent customer service, pricing model and quality products makes Autozone unique and drives the competition away. Great business models always have customer loyalty. Get in the zone!!!
Great company. The heritage that is passed on is amazing. GO AUTOZONE
