Today is my last day in Trask.
It was a great experience to be part of #international expansion journey. Looking back I try to reflect on all ups and downs.
First of all I have met a lot of #great #motivated and #resilient colleagues, who never give up on achieving their goals. While sometimes there was a bit of competition to be better and faster than the other teams, there was always strong #collaboration, which brought to current and new #customers the desired #value.
Complexity of IT delivery is each year increasing - there are more and more #technologies, big demand for skilled engineers, competition, remote work with no boundaries as new standard operating model, high pressure on quality, reduced time to market and many more. All these combined represent huge #challenge for any company to sustain its current market position, but even more to achieve evolution and growth. With huge contribution of many teams, Trask is on the expansion trajectory. It elevated its core technology offerings with #UX and #UI, #consulting and #business use cases.
Big thanks belong to my teams, who were always demonstrating absolute professionalism and I am sure our key topics #payments and #content services will keep growing. In last months and years we have established multiple #partnerships with platform providers from around the world, which made our services even better.
Special thanks to Martin Teringa and Daniel Pecina. They brought me and my friend Emir Heljić in Trask, were supporting us all the time, we have pushed each other for the best outcomes and were continuously learning. I wish Trask and Pavel Riegger all the best.
I am happy I was part of all this and that I have contributed to it.
Tomorrow my new journey starts …
