Such an amazing opportunity I had this summer!
This summer, we had the pleasure of hosting an incredible group of interns at American Modern Insurance Group (AMIG). Our talented interns have been fully immersed in the insurance industry, tackling the challenge of how we can position ourselves as a top workplace to attract the next generation of talent. They've had the opportunity to work closely with our Customer Experience (CX) team to develop Archetypes & Personas, think creatively with our Innovation & Digital team, and collaborate with our Marketing team to craft strategic marketing plans. Last week, they had the chance to share their innovative ideas with the entire company, and one team even had the privilege of sitting down with our CEO, Andreas Kleiner, to discuss their findings. We're blown away by their energy, creativity, and passion for the industry! It's been an absolute pleasure to see our interns grow and learn with us, and we're excited to see the impact they'll have on the future of insurance. A huge thank you to our interns for their hard work and dedication. We're already looking forward to next summer's program! #AMIG #InsuranceIndustry #Internship #FutureOfInsurance #TalentDevelopment #Innovation
