As XLPE insulated conductors push boundaries with higher operating voltages and temperatures, inspection and testing is becoming more critical than ever. AI-based line scanning technology looks promising to help utilities identify installation, factory, and age-related defects. I look for more utilities to start specifying scanning technologies such as PacificCorp has.

Something for everybody... It's not often I see "asynchronous logic", "FPGAs" and "PMIC" in the same sentence.
