Able to match the Title Chain, identify FVD, and vesting information. • Familiarity with validating Judgments, Bankruptcies, Probate, Divorce cases, etc. • Well-versed with title documents, search packages, and terminologies. 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡: • Knowledge of Full Search and experience working for more than five states. • Identifying the CC&Rs, Easements, Agreements that affect the subject PIQ. • Experience in analyzing legal descriptions, especially sectional & metes/bound legal. • Experience in searching 40 to 60 years back and identifying the developer deed. • Knowledge of Starters and exceptions. • Experience in NETRONLINE is mandatory. Knowledge in paid applications, at least 3+ apps. 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫: • Min 3 years of experience in Title Search with at least 2 years on Full Search/CO searches. • Complete knowledge of working on multiple states. • Expert in online searches using public websites such as Netronline & other title plants such as Tapestry, Data Trace & Title Point. • Knowledge of Excel preferred. 𝐄-𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: • Prepare recordables for recording, request recording checks, and send to counties where applicable. • Process recordables electronically through Simplifile where applicable. • Prepare refund requests & mail checks for borrower/lender refunds. • Scan recorded documents & return them to the lender. • Maintain internal systems & spreadsheets related to recording information. • Correct county rejections and resubmit them for recording.
