Outpatient clinics across the NHS are facing a growing crisis. Long waiting times, resource limitations, and rising demand are putting immense pressure on teams to deliver quality care. A recent BBC article revealed gynaecology waiting lists have more than doubled since February 2020, with over 750,000 women’s health appointments still pending.
