𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘰𝘳 for packages makes me happy. 𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘰𝘳 for food makes me even more happy. 𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘰𝘳 for an unexpected bouquet of flowers with a very sweet greeting card definitely tops that 💛 . A surprise like that makes walking to the door on crutches worth every step. The past 2 months have been a challenge and I can’t emphasize enough how great it was to be able to fall back on such a kind support system. This is just one of the many reasons why e-dialog was awarded 🥇 1𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 🥇 of „𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧“. Let's shift the conversation to include the benefits an employer offers beyond monetary compensation. It really isn’t only about the money. It’s also about the little things. One of them: 𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯. I feel appreciated today. Well not only today, but the flowers just reminded me again that kindness is still rare. And it really shouldn’t be. So thank you e-dialog. It's comforting to know that I not only have the support of my family but also the support of my colleagues at work. You can separate private and professional life as much as you want but sometimes your private life influences your professional life.
