Avolon has completed the repricing and extension of its US$2.3 Term Loan B facility. Commenting on the transaction Avolon CFO Ross O'Connor said: "We are very pleased to have repriced the facility downwards for the second time in 12 months. We have completed a second significant trading transaction with AviLease. Commenting on the announcement our CEO Andy Cronin said: "Trading aircraft has always been an important element of our strategy, with over $13 billion of assets traded since Avolon was founded."

Avolon agrees to lease five Airbus A330neos to South Korean low-cost carrier T'way Air.
