It has been a highly fruitful week collaborating with our colleagues from AXA Group Operations Mexico and AXA Seguros Mexico. Apart from the warm welcome extended to Olivier ESNAULT and me, the discussions were both constructive and motivating.
Engaging with the IT teams at AXA Seguros was particularly enlightening, providing a comprehensive understanding of their operational context and revealing promising opportunities for collaboration.
Similarly, our conversations with colleagues at AXA Group Operations Mexico offered valuable insights into their operational dynamics with the Group's American Entities. This has paved the way for identifying common priorities, allowing us to deliver enhanced value to the Group's Operational entities while aligning with AXA Group Operations' overarching strategy of being a Product Driven Organization.
