it's normal to prosper once you don't compensate the clients. I had medical emergencies for the conditions recommended by the doctors and you are very difficult to respond to the requests sent to the customer account. I don't think the staff understands English, they answer as if they didn't understand what was sent, every time for the same open file, another interceptor answers and the process/aulication starts from the beginning. The amount with which your own company paid to the medical unit is compensated, then you demand the money back from the client... This is because you have employees who do not understand what is written. I do not recommend this company. You have a lot to do to meet customer expectations.
