We performed the first cases with EasyLoop™ 3D Circular Mapping Catheter (Everpace) to obtain fast mapping of the left atrium for atrial fibrillation ablation in Medpark International Hospital, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. We performed 3 cases with the new Lasso catheter on 20th and 21st July 2024. For ablation we used Fire Magic True Force Super Cool catheter (Everpace). At the moment we are using the 50W strategy with 450 ablation index for posterior wall and 500 ablation index for anterior wall, but will evaluate even higher energies (90W / 4s) according to the data provided by many high power short duration (HPSD) trials (for example Fast and Furious AF study).
