Axis Bank scammers please close my loan. DSMPL708769679A I paid my last EMI of the Axis Bank loan on 20 August, which is still pending. And after that, they try to deduct money via e-mandate, which is why I got a 2500 rupee fine from the bank. I try to contact them by email, phone, or even social media, but they close my ticket without any resolution. Now today they messaged me to maintain balance in the account 6592 RS.

And both these transactions are showing successful in my CRED app. But both these transactions have not been successful in my credit card yet. And when I call Axis Bank they are saying that no transaction has come to them. But when I talked to the CRED AAP team they said that both the transactions have gone to Axis Bank credit card.
