Confirmed: The Nova Experience is our most special event 🌟 Two weeks ago, we flew to Ibiza to gather 36 exceptional Novas for an unforgettable weekend focused on AI and the future of work. After getting over the emotional hangover, there are three main takeaways we would like to share: 🤗 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: We saw an incredible amount of vulnerability and openness, allowing participants to truly connect on a deeper level. 🌍 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲: With participants from all over the world and diverse backgrounds, the experience was enriched by our differences, yet we found so much common ground. ⚡ 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫: For that, we would love to thank our panelists - Jomayra Herrera (Partner at Reach Capital), Sergio Alvarez-Teleña, Ph.D. (CEO at SciTheWorld Group), and Kian Katanforoosh (CEO & Founder at Workera)—for going beyond AI expertise and sparking something much deeper. And speaking of AI... we learned that it cannot network like we do. A special thanks to all the Novas who made the 2024 edition so unique. This trailer is just a glimpse of what it was really like!

As the holidays draw near and we start looking ahead to the new year, I find myself reflecting on a moment from a few months back — one that truly lit the path forward for AI23. After stepping away from my full-time role to forge a new path, I reconnected with two longtime colleagues, Ryan Niro and Mike Rojas, brilliant technologists who shared a passion for GenAI. Over a simple cup of coffee, what began as a friendly catch-up suddenly evolved into a profound conversation. We talked about the incredible potential of this emerging technology, as well as the responsibilities we carry: ensuring it’s developed ethically, made accessible to all, and focused on expanding human capability rather than replacing it. It was clear we were still aligned in our core values, just as we’d been 15 years earlier when our careers first intersected. Those shared ideals sparked something big — AI23 was born right there at the table. As we enter this holiday season and gear up for the year ahead, I’m filled with excitement about what we’ll accomplish together. This journey has reinforced a truth that feels especially meaningful this time of year: when you find people who share your values, you can bring a vision to life in ways that are both impactful and deeply rewarding. Here’s to embracing alignment, cherishing our collective values, and creating a brighter future — together. Happy holidays and onward to a truly transformative new year!

Surely, #AI might not best the best in cultural accuracy, but that's because AI needs cultural training, so, far #AI again has only been trained in majorly on English-speaking culturesx exceptions being #China, #Japan and #SouthKorea. #India alone gives #GENAI a unique opportunity to learn about 16+ cultures, practices, traditions and 780 languages. Jsut imagine the world wide cultures, practices and languages. Now for all that to accurately be mapped and studied to produce culturally sensitive and appropriate results must obviously take time. What I appreciate is that I get to finally saw original Santa, that's a good bargain for me as a content and marketing strategist. By real-time we've come to a phase where we are focused on real-time virtual experiences if the same Santa actually been a Hologram instillation across Airports, Malls and City Centres across Americas (Canada included), this would've been a good real-life experience as well. Thank you, Pratik Thakar, The Coca-Cola Company and teams involved. This campaign surely signifies collaboration as a key strategic force for intentful Innovations and large-scale campaigns of today and tomorrow, to attract consumers everywhere, across mediums. Multiple forces crafting narratives that transcend culture, that's immense possibilties right there.
Most of us have dreamed of having a real conversation with Santa Claus, but it's always been a distant fantasy. Sure, we can meet him at malls or Christmas markets, but a realtime chat? Not so much. That's why we delved into our archives and brought back the iconic Sundblom Santa (from 1931) to create a multimodal GenAI engagement platform. By partnering with some of the brightest minds in AI. Share your Christmas stories and he’ll create personalized, animated, and musical snow globes just for you! Share your unique snow globes on social media to spread the holiday cheer. www.CreateRealMagic.com Huge thanks to the core development partners Microsoft, OpenAI, Accenture, Leonardo.Ai, Mimic Productions, Universal Production Music, MediaCom, Bain & Company. AI is really just a hobby for me - I’d say by no means am I an expert. However, when I was accepted to attend the Ai4 - Artificial Intelligence Conferences that took place in Vegas last week, I was so excited! My day-to-day work is Java development but I enjoy learning about and playing with AI tools on the side, so I thought that a conference like this would introduce me to some new technologies as well as awesome people. Ai4 did not disappoint! I wanted to share what my top 3 talks were throughout the conference: 1. Navigating the Future of AI: Ethics, Alignment, and Responsibility (Geoffrey Hinton) - I love an AI view point that isn't strictly about the math/money/algorithms/“X easy steps to build blah blah blah.” It’s so important to take into consideration the psychological and social aspects of computing, and because Geoffrey had a diverse background (specifically in psych) before even studying AI, I think it proves that we need to look at the bigger picture of AI through many lenses. Geoffrey's talk painted the future of AI in an honest light, and emphasized the need to move away from naive use of this technology. 2. Measuring Data Quality and Ensuring Trustworthy AI Design (Sainyam Galhotra) - I tried to go to as many of the university sessions as I could, and I think Sainyam’s talk on AI design was my favorite in this category. He accurately reflected on how there’s chaos in real-world data that can be somewhat remedied by uncertainty qualification, going beyond associations, and adaptability to changing environments. 3. The State of Prompt Engineering and Prompt Security (Sander Schulhoff) - I wish this session was longer! I feel like the vulnerabilities of prompting are greatly overlooked, so it was cool to see both a bullish take on prompt engineering as well as the potential security dangers. Sander also plugged a few papers, including The Prompt Report (https://lnkd.in/gZyKezV2), which is a pretty interesting read if you want to understand generative AI and prompt engineering as more than just buzzwords. TLDR; If you’re interested in any aspect of AI, I’d definitely recommend checking out the Ai4 conference in 2025!
That's a wrap on Ai4 2024! A big thank you to our incredible speakers, sponsors, and attendees - we couldn't do it without you. Here's to our biggest and best event yet 🎉 Stay tuned for details on Ai4 2025. We can't wait to see you next year!

Walking—it’s one of the 1st steps humanity took toward survival and dominance. Last week, during our leadership team’s 12-mile walkathon, we reflected on that journey while diving into AI, tech breakthroughs, and health hacks. 1000's of years ago, as the cerebral cortex evolved, humans developed the ability to think, innovate, and rise to the top of the food chain. Now, we stand at the brink of another leap—one powered not just by biology, but by AI and robotics. Imagine a future where our minds are augmented by machines, with human potential expanded beyond imagination. 🤯 As we walked and talked, we explored how AI and innovation will reshape how we live, think, and thrive. The journey ahead isn’t just about walking—it’s about advancing into a future where human intelligence blends seamlessly with technology. So, what’s next? 20+ miles and bolder ideas? The path ahead is limitless, and we’re ready to walk straight into it ❤️ 🚀 Anuradha Pazhanithayappan Georgia Grammatikakis Clarice Hughes GENOJ MATHEW Chad Fischer Sathish Moorthyrajan Rajiv Garg Kumara Guru Karuppusamy Deepak Mishra Venugopal Vinjamoori Thank you Anuradha Pazhanithayappan for organizing the spot for us! #AI #Innovation #Leadership #HealthHacks #TechEvolution #FutureOfWork #CerebralCortex #HumanPotential #WalkingForward
