The 4th annual Diversity Summit at The College of New Jersey took place today. There was a lot to learn from the corporate representatives and staff who attended. We discussed how #inclusiveenvironments impact individual employees and entire organisations as a whole. I learned a lot about #workculture, #leadership, and commonly underappreciated aspects of #professionaldevelopment.
