Reflecting on the ebbs and flows of the sales journey shared by Olivier Bertogal, reminded of the analogy: navigating through the unpredictable sea. Some days, smooth sailing; others, tumultuous waves. Yet, it's about resilience - choosing to weather the storm rather than abandon ship. As we embark on May 1st, I'm energised by the challenges ahead. Here's to embracing perseverance and sailing towards success! ⛵️💼 #SalesJourney #Perseverance #NewBeginnings

How "Pole Pole" Transformed My Approach to Success and Client Relationships Ever heard “pole pole” (slowly, slowly) and thought, “Yeah, sure, I don’t have time for that!”? I definitely did—until it became my secret weapon in a high-pressure situation. Picture this: I’m in a meeting with a new client, feeling the pressure, deadlines ticking away, and I’m just trying to get through it. Everything’s rushed, right? But then, I remember that simple phrase... “Pole pole.” I took a deep breath, slowed down, and really tuned into what they were saying. The result? A way more successful meeting, clearer communication, and a solid understanding of my client’s needs. Turns out, sometimes moving slowly is the fastest way forward! So next time you’re racing through something, take a moment to pause and remember “pole pole”. It might just be the game changer you need. 😉 #PolePole #BusinessWisdom #SlowDownToMoveForward #ClientRelationships #MindfulLeadership

This advice is intelligent, logical and wise. The problem is the old-fashioned manager. This kind of managers believes that they must centralize information, power, initiative and action. This is so stupid, becaue agility depends on short response cycles, These cycles can only be carried out when the people or team closest to the problem have knowledge of the strategy, have the appropriate skills and are empowered to take action. #leadership #innovation #management #safety #humanresources #hr #teawork #collaboration #projectmanagement #scrum #scrummaster #apics Bruno Acosta, CPIM,CSCP,Jonah,DDPP, SCOR-P,CLTD,DDLP,CTSC Dave Ulrich L. DAY 215 (2024) - HOW FAR HAVE I GONE ? By Pyamene Abraham How far you have gone in life can only be related to where you are going in life. If where you are going will take 10,000 miles and you have gone 90 miles, to someone going 100 miles, you have gone very far. But to you, you are still very far. When we rate people, we do that based on our own aspirations, but we fail to realise everyone has specific milestones. It is paramount everyone must appreciate the little efforts they are making and never compare themselves with others, because the race differs. Where are you going? If the journey is far, you must start early and make sure you eat just like Elijah, but this time, eat necessary information and materials relevant to your journey so you don't spend time following the wrong route. No matter how far you mught have gone, if the direction is wrong, your speed is irrelevant. Even if you are flying, if your bearing is wrong, you flight is of no use. To measure how far you have gone, know where you are going and the route you are currently taking. See you at the top.
