"Dear, UI/UX Designers! As I sift through countless CVs in search of the perfect fit for our team, I can't help but feel the frustration of finding the right match. Your talents deserve to shine, but often, the CVs I come across don't quite capture your true potential. Let's change that narrative! 🎨✨ If you're a UI/UX Designer, I encourage you to take the reins and design a CV that truly reflects your skills, experience, and unique style. Showcase your projects, highlight your achievements, and tell your story in a way that sets you apart. Remember, your CV is your first impression, so make it count! Share your portfolios, demonstrate your creativity, and let your passion for design shine through. Together, let's make the hiring process smoother and more rewarding for both sides. 💼💡 #UIUX #Design #CVTips #Hiring" "Invest your time to reflect your values in your CV". My humble request.

Would recommend to stop judging based on CV. Even a 10 minute quick video interview can show you if it’s a good fit or not. Can’t take out an hour from your day for interviews? Well that’s another story for a product I’m working on!

First of all, you are hiring in the wrong way. In the Creative field, you must look at a portfolio rather than a CV. You are going in the wrong direction. Everyone can make a CV highlighting anything. Better look for the designer's works and portfolio. As a Designer CV is a big NO for me. #tips

I don't think CV is the right material to evaluate a designer. I would prefer checking a portfolio, but ironically designers tend to have un-updated portfolio. Another working methodology is to send a short assignment that will take 2-3 hours to complete. Evaluating the design works they submit takes relatively less time than going through all the CVs. We can then shortlist the candidates we liked design works of for further process; saves both the company's and candidate's time for fruitless interviews.
