When I was in school, Puja was simpler. Back then, there wasn’t a trend of themed pandals. The celebrations took place in traditional pandals, where people enjoyed the festival without the need to wait in long lines or worry about VIP passes. But today, everything has changed. Bengal’s Durga Puja has been recognized as a 𝗨𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗢 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲. The creativity and themes of pandals are unmatched across India. What's even more interesting is that Durga Puja now plays a significant role in the state's economy, contributing to Bengal’s GDP.
