Job Qualifications:
1- B.Sc. in (Management, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering)
2- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
3- Years of experience (1-3) in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
4- Has experience in dealing with international suppliers/vendors.
5- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
6- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
7- Adaptability, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Job responsibilities:
1- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent items shortage of overstock.
2- Identify good suppliers/vendors to maintain good relationships.
3- Negotiate contracts with the suppliers/vendors.
4- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods and schedule the items’ arrival.
5- Handle procurement tasks.
6- Issuing purchase orders and maintaining all the documentation required.
7- Gather and report costs, delivery timelines, and inventory levels to management.
8- Work closely with other departments like Sales, Finance, and B2B Sales to align supply chain activities.
