Residential & Mixed-Use Developments: Maming Group to Launch D'Garden Residential Project in Q1 2025, a low-density residential project in Shah Alam. The project will feature 50 double-storey houses and 10 single-storey homes. Binastra Corporation Bhd, through its subsidiary, won a contract to develop a 39-storey serviced apartment in Sentral Damansara, Petaling Jaya. 168 Park Selayang Sdn Bhd announced the completion of Block C in its mixed-use development, 168 Park Selayang. The project, which revitalized an abandoned site, includes residential towers and a community mall. Sime Darby Property’s Elmina Lakeside Mall in Shah Alam opened with 98% of its retail space leased. Econpile Holdings Bhd secured RM71.2m contract for a 55-storey high-rise commercial development in Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. Infrastructure Developments: The Malaysian government is expected to decide on the feasibility of the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail (HSR) by the end of Q4 2024. Pansar Bhd, through its subsidiary, won a contract for Sarawak’s Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS) Blue-Line Package 2.
