Once An Accident, Twice A Coincidence, Three Times A Pattern. So, we are on our way to making a pattern. Here is our second event, with the aim of getting together the English-speaking design community of Barcelona.  Let me remind you what's happening. Last year, we decided it would be nice to meet like-minded designers and discuss the professional stuff we are all thinking about. We invented a format "Let's define: NNN", where NNN is something worse to discuss. Since we came to this frame, we have found more than 20 possible topics we'd love to discuss in one minute. If so, why not hold a conference?  It was definitely worth a try. The first time was great. We had great speakers on stage (Cocota Studio, Vandals, Embacy, Kidults) a warm audience, and a really good free coffee from sponsors. What is most important is that we have started to build and grow our community. Once an accident, we want to set a pattern to meet and discuss design-related topics regularly. And here we are with Let's Define Conference #2 This time, we are going to talk about organization structures, talent management, marketing, in-house design studios compared with outsourcing, and so on.
