The awareness for food safety has grown, and consumers expect safe food. Food safety incidents can impact health, livelihoods and businesses. The food processing industry is responsible for the safety of their food – and can be ready to minimize that impact. A critical aspect of food safety is to ensure that there are no dangerous foreign objects. Sieving and filtering are recognized CCPs in food processing, what can you do with meat? Exactly BAADERING! BAADER contributes to this goal by supporting the producer, for example with the BAADER Refiner 601. Among other things, the Refiner 601 effectively removes hard objects and works so gentle that it is in opposite to other processes no multiplicator. Depending on the product, 1.3/2,0/3,0/5,0 or 8.0mm sieves are used to sort by particle size. BAADERING is an internationally recognized process for separating soft and solid components. This process uses a squeezing belt and a perforated drum to separate soft particles from hard ones, handling the material with minimal stress to guarantee the best quality of the final product.
