Happy Burns Night. A time to honor Scottish culture and traditions, and what better way to do that than with a delicious haggis supper? If you're not sure how to cook haggis, don't worry! It's easy and at Hickory we prefer to cook ours in the oven in four easy steps. 1 .Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) mark 4. 2. Remove the outer packaging, but don’t remove the tight casing. 3. Wrap the haggis in foil, put in an ovenproof dish with some space around it, then pour in boiling water so it comes about 2.5cm (1in) up the sides of the dish. 4.Cook for about 1 hour 45 mins until piping hot throughout (topping up water as needed).
