Give people a CHANCE! Should people hire based on passion over experience? For me, it's Passion Over Experience- Passion is essential in every employee. Passion is essential in every employee. Understanding the core requirements of a position and how the candidate satisfies those requirements is important. I believe, people in my organization to care about their jobs and feel passionately about meeting the goals and objective of their positions. When a candidate communicates effectively about their ability and interest in a position, there is a greater possibility of a long term relationship between the employer and employee. What's your take? #hiring #hr #jobs ##leadership #corporate
The right metric, for sure!
I agree that passion is an important factor to consider when hiring. While experience can be valuable, a passionate and motivated employee can often learn and adapt quickly, bringing fresh ideas and dedication to the role. It's all about finding the right balance between passion and relevant skills for each specific position. Ultimately, a combination of both passion and experience can lead to a successful and fulfilling work environment.
I would add attitude, that is something one cannot train on!
Passion to learn cannot be judged by expressing or showing interest in learning
Absolutely resonating on this with you👏
That is so true, Babjee M!
