Exciting Update from the Drangue Team! 🚀   My team and I recently had an invaluable meeting with our mentor, Vicks Kanagasingam and it was a game-changer. Here are three key takeaways that will not only help us prepare for the Sunway iLabs LaunchX Demo Day on August 23rd but also serve as lifelong principles for our startup journey:    1. Pricing Strategies: 💸 The first step we learned is the crucial aspects of shaping our OpEx model, helping us better align our pricing with the value we deliver. From gaining this knowledge, we can provide a solution to be competitive and sustainable.    2. Negotiation Skills: 🤝 Having to master the art of negotiation is a MUST for growth and confidence. Our mentor shared techniques and strategies that not only will help us to enhance our ability to strengthen partnerships but also close deals effectively.     3. Focus on Quality Over Quantity: 🎯 Sometimes handling multiple projects at once can get the best of us, but our mentor highlighted the importance of concentrating on one project at a time. Today marks a pivotal moment in my journey as an #entrepreneur: ACELERON, the company I've poured my heart into for the last 7 years, has been acquired by Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd. This #acquisition is not just a business transaction; it's a testament to the impact our technology will continue to make in the electrification of transportation, with 50% of new 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers now electric. As I #reflect on this journey, my #feelings are mixed. There's a profound sense of accomplishment in knowing our innovations will contribute even more significantly to the EV landscape. What started out as a lunchtime conversation between two friends quickly span into a life of it's own. Yet, it's bittersweet to close this chapter of tireless dedication and passionate innovation. But remember, this is not the end, but merely the first #chapter of a larger story. My #entrepreneurial spirit remains unyielding, driven by a vision to merge business and technology for the greater good. I'm committed to tackling the planet’s most pressing challenges, aiming for a future where prosperity is accessible to all.
