How was 2023 for you, your family and friends, and your business? As we launch into 2024 I always find myself asking how can I assist my prospects and clients? Over the years I've seen so many people in our sales/consulting positions "pushing" what they think the prospect/client needs rather than asking questions and listening to what they tell you. As we go into the new year, take some time to listen to what your customer wants, and work with them as a partner to jointly arrive at solutions that fit their goals/needs.
