Accordez la priorité à l'évaluation de la personne avant son CV. 3. Mettez en place un système opérationnel impeccable. 4. Garantissez que votre personnel adhère au système. Une fois que vous avez constitué la bonne équipe dans un cadre de travail positif soutenu par un excellent système, c'est seulement à ce moment que vous pouvez avoir confiance en votre équipe et leur accorder l'autonomie.

Prioritize assessing the person before their resume. 3. Implement an impeccable operational system. 4. Guarantee that your staff adhere to the system. Once you've assembled the right team in a positive work setting supported by an excellent system, only then can you have confidence in your team and grant them empowerment. #leadership #entrepreneurship #teambuilding
